  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs and order details.
  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Unused & Unopened Products: Returns are accepted if the product remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. This ensures that our sacred items, crafted with reverence and care, remain in pristine condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized and sacred nature of many of our offerings, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., name-inscribed frames, banners with specific dedications).
  • Products that have been altered, used, or removed from their original packaging.
  • Event-specific products after the designated occasion (such as Eid or Ghadir décor items).

Return Process

  1. Initiation:
    All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    Please contact us via WhatsApp by clicking here with your order number and a detailed reason for the return, along with photographs if applicable.
  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. If the issue is due to our error (defective or incorrect items), return shipping costs will be covered by us. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  3. Refund Processing:
    Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
    In cases where an item does not meet the return criteria, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for the correct product or a different version, please let us know via WhatsApp. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We aim to process these requests swiftly and ensure your satisfaction.
